When I’m not guiding clients through big life moves, you’ll find me jumping between real estate, volunteering for fire/ems calls, and kid activities. I love camping trips, BBQs, and quiet nights by the fire. I believe in working hard, showing up for people, and making time for the moments that matter.

Hi, I’m Linette Nye Schmidt, a full-time REALTOR® and 5th-generation San Luis Valley native. I help clients buy, sell, and invest in Colorado real estate with a focus on results, relationships, and real guidance—not pressure or fluff.

My background in emergency services, communications, farm girl and small business owner shaped how I show up: prepared, responsive, and honest.
